First, you must go through Ganon's Castle, which is fairly simple. Make sure you have the following:
1. The Light Arrows.
2. The Hammer
3. Longshot.
Once you get there he will talk a short time. Once he finishes, run to a corner. Get there fast or a Shockwave will hit you. then, face ganondorf. he will charge up a bolt of energy and throw it at you. simply hit it back with your sword. keep doing this until he gets hit. then you must hit him with a light arrow. once that happens, wait for him to kneel, then use the longshot to hook onto his cape. keep repeatedly swiping you sword, and you should get two hits in every time. once you get two hits, jump back to the corner. continue doing this until he perishes. there will be a short film with zelda. suddenly the place begins to rumble. follow zelda down the tower and she will open barred doors along the way. once you get to the bottom, link and zelda begin talking a little bit, but then a loud sound echos in the place. you go forward and find that it's Ganondorf! With his last ounce of strength, he transforms into Ganon!!! He knocks away the master sword, and you must fight him! Now, there are two ways of fighting him:
#1. Shoot him in the eyes with the light arrows. when he's injured, run around and hit his tail with the hammer.
#2. Just run around or through his legs and pound his tail with the hammer. Either way, you will probably have to resort to #2. Once you've defeated Ganon again, you will get the master sword back. simply swipe him in the tail. after that is finished, zelda will use her powers to hold ganon in place so you can deliver the final blow. you do so, and Ganon gets infuriated. Then zelda says "Sages! Now!" the six sages open up a portal that sends ganondorf into a trap. Then, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the movie ending!
