Here are some new pictures that a friend of mine took with her new digital camera. We had fun taking these pictures. And they turned out preety good! Here is Beethoven the Mitred Conure, and Hasco and Sheyeanne the Eastern Rosellas.
Indy is very excited to have Willow in our home.
Check out how sweet these two baby quakers are. Indy is on the left, Willow right.
Bits, is one of my quakers that I was able to get out of a sad
breeding situation. She had lost her mate and started to pluck. She had never been held or loved.
She was very mean when I got her, but after some work she is now one of the sweetest quakers I have!
She is really a doll!
Kibble, the quaker!
My
Cockatiels, Cushu, Pepsi, Ernie, Spicer, Buckwheat, Sonee, Kheedo
Bongo, my first Quaker Parakeet
Duane, Peach-Fronted Conure who went to live with my friend Annette
but unfortunately in October was attacked by a stray cat that got into her house and he couldn't survive
from all the wounds, so after a sad decission we had to have him put down. He was a very endearing bird.
And he is very missed. We Love You, Duane. We know he is happy at the Rainbow Bridge!
Beethoven, Mitred Conure, who has bonded and become very friendly
with Bongo
All of my birds together perching like good birds, hahaha!
Top L-R: Cushu, Buckwheat, Pepsi, Sonee. Middle L-R: Kheedo. On Swing: Ernie, Spicer. Bottom L-R: Bongo, Bethoven, Aspen & Clover.
Aspen, My little sweetheat!
Aspen & Clover my handicapped quaker, but that doesn't stop her from getting what she wants.
She is also learning to talk and sing from Aspen.
Sheyeanne an Eastern Rosella Parakeet. 5 yrs. old.
Sheyeanne is a female, She is a very sweet bird. A great whistler!!!
I have also added to my flock a male for Sheyeanne. His name is Hasko
They make a great pair and I am hoping they will breed. Hasko is the top one! Aren't they cute together?
Over Christmas I was in San Diego and my sister and I went to Tijuana. One of the shops there had some Amazons, as the store mascots. They were very sweet! They both really liked me, and were a blast to hold! I wanted to bring them home with me!
Lately I have been playing a lot of BINGO trying to win some money! Hahaha!
Well I met a guy in there who plays online, and goes to BINGO Halls to play.
He also has a 6 yr old CAG (aka Congo African Grey)named Ripley. This bird sounds like a real clown!
But then again, he is a bird what would you expect. Here is a picture of them.
At the computer playing BINGO no doubt! ;)
