To the Utah Starlet Pageant Web Page. The Utah Starlet Pageant gained life on February 13th 1998, by two peoples dream. Our goal was to run a system based on truth, fairness, integrety and love. Our priority is to give the children a sense of self worth, confidence, and the ability to stand up and show others what they are made of and have fun doing it. We want every child to know that they are special and are winners. God gave us children as a gift, our gift to them, is the chance to go for the gold and catch a shooting star.
We as parents and pageant directors, have been involved in the pageant circuts for over 14 years. We know the benefits of a child going out infront of a crowd and saying "Here I am World!"
