Parts 82-85

Part 82

After his talk with Cheetara, Tygra entered his room, thinking about his conversation with the cheetah. He felt a little guilty about what he did to Lion-O. Cheetara was in so much pain with her husband gone. Tygra never wanted to hurt Cheetara. He loved her, but he felt this was for her own good. He leaned against the door and closed his eyes in thought.

"I almost feel sorry for Cheetara. She doesn't know that I left Lion-O for dead in that capsule. He's been dead for nearly two months now. It's time for her to forget about Lion-O. She doesn't need him. All I have to do now is make some changes to the Book of Omens. Then she'll have no choice but to marry me. Cheetara's too honorable. She would never disobey the Book of Omens command."

Beep. Beep.

Tygra opened his eyes. A small black box was beeping on his desk. It was designed as a suede box one will hold a ring. He walked to his desk and opened it. A holographic image of Rataro appeared.

"Rataro? What do you want?"

*****

When her checkup was over, Cheetara took her doctor's orders and got some much needed sleep. She looks upset as she sleep. She tossed and turned in her king size bed, murmuring and talking aloud in her sleep.

"No....don't go, Lion-O....don't go."

In her dreams she sees Lion-O walking back to the Feliner. He hops in the spacecraft and flies away. She sees herself running after him.

"No, don't go, Lion-O. Don't leave me. Come back," she continues to talk in her sleep. "Let me come with you."

Lion-O flies away and she stays outside Cat's Lair until she sees him no more. Suddenly Cheetara is surrounded by darkness. She still, however, sees Lion-O flying in the Feliner. She realizes that she is in space. She can see what was happening, but no one can see her. The Thundercat notice another ship flying towards the Feliner. It was a mutant ship, but she notes that Lion-O doesn't see it. Mutants get out of the ship. She doesn't recognize the mutants, but someone else caught her eye.

"Tygra," she murmured.

She watches as Lion-O stops the Feliner. His pops his head from out the Feliner. Tygra is waiting with a metal object. He hits Lion-O and he falls unconscious.

"Lion-O, no!" Cheetara yelled out.

Cheetara continue to toss in her sleep, fighting the sheets, struggling to do something, but she couldn't. All she could do is watch.

"No, Lion-O. Tygra, don't do it. No."

She saw the events that happened after Lion-O was knocked out. She saw what Tygra was doing. She saw Lion-O being placed in the capsule.

She was drenched in sweat from the nightmare she was having. It wasn't a nightmare. She knew this is what happened to Lion-O. "Lion-O."

*****

Diana looked at her sister and advisor, waiting for their answer. "Aren't you two going to answer my question?"

Erica quickly thought of a pathetic lie."Sylvia and I were talking about a book I was reading."

"A book?" Diana folded her arm. "I never thought it would happen."

"You never thought what, sister?"

"That you and Erica would lie to me or drugged an innocent man."

"Drugged an innocent man? What are you talking about, Diana?" Erica asked.

"Lion-O. You two drugged him. How dare you?"

"We didn't drugged Lion-O," Erica lied.

"Yes, you did. I realized that when Lion-O mentioned his orange juice. I suddenly thought about your memory drug, Sylvia. I knew Erica would sink so low to marry me off, but you too? Why did you join her? Don't answer. I don't want to know. You two will apologize to Lion-O, and we're going to get him home. I have been doing some research on the symbol in his belt. I think I know who he is, but that can't be right. That planet exploded years ago. No matter. You will both be punish for this." She turned around angrily and begin to leave.

Erica balled her hands in a fist and hit Diana on the back of her head. She fell to the floor unconscious.

"Diana," Sylvia called running to her sister. She looked back at Erica. "What did you do that for?"

"She was getting to close. I had to shut her up."

"Do you know how much trouble we'll be in when she wakes up?"

"No, because she'll be the one in trouble unless she does what I say, and you will help me unless you want to share your sister's fate," Erica threatened.

Sylvia scared, didn't say anything. She just look over her sister.

"Good. Now if Lion-O tries to leave. We'll be ready for him."

"How?" Sylvia asked.

"Diana's not the only one doing research. I remember the planet Thundera from my studies. Their people had a weakness--Thundrainium, and we happen to have such a material on this planet. I had a feeling something like this would happen." She pulls out a small caliber. "If he defies us, we pump him full of Thundrainum until he has no choice but to obey us. If that doesn't work, I had the guards here fill the air ducts with Thundrainium. Either way, he's not getting out of here." And then he'll be mine and we'll rule this planet as king and queen.

*****

Rataro looked at the male Thundercat upset. "I'm contacting you to demand what is rightfully mine, the Sword of Plundarr. I kept my part of the bargain--helping you get rid of Lion-O, now it's time for you to pay up."

"I'm not done yet. Cheetara is not my wife. Besides, how do I know you will keep up your part of the bargain and not attack Cat's Lair once you do have the Sword of Plundarr."

"Your time is up. If you don't give me the Sword of Plundarr within 48 hours, I will attack defenseless Thundera. Would you want that, Tygra?" Rataro asked.

Knock. Knock.

Tygra turned to his door and asked. "Who is it?"

"It's WilyKat," the young Thundercat answered. "Are you talking to someone in there?"

"No, WilyKat, I'm just talking to myself."

"Oh, okay, Tygra," the teen said. He felt something wasn't right, but shrugged his shoulders. He continued down the hall.

After the interruption, Tygra turned back to Rataro.

"What's it going to be, Tygra?"

"Your threats don't scare me, Rataro. You won't get the Sword of Plundarr until I say so."

Tygra closed the box, cutting Rataro off. "No mutant is going to tell me what to do."

*****

Cheetara looked calmer in her sleep. She saw darkness, space. She saw Lion-O's capsule being picked up by another spaceship. The cheetah saw Lion-O was being taken care of. Lion-O resting in a bed. He was bandaged up and was looking like he was getting better. The vision began to fade out of the room Lion-O was in to the castle and to the planet. She saw a blank space where the planet is. The vision faded away.

Cheetara awakened. She looked renewed, determined. "I know where he is. I know where Lion-O is."

The pregnant cheetah got out of bed. When she did, the baby kicked. She put her hands on her stomach and looked down, smiling. "I know. I know. Your daddy's coming home."

She left the room and searched for anyone to talk to. She found Bengali in the control room.

"Bengali?"

Bengali turned his chair around. "Cheetara, what are you doing up? You should be resting by your doctor's orders."

"I did rest, and it was the best thing I could ever do. I have wonderful news. Lion-O is alive. I know where he is." The cheetah was beaming.

"You do? Where?" Bengali asked.

Cheetara gave him the coordinates of the planet Lion-O was on. Bengali was rapidly typing commands in the computer. On the main monitor, he saw nothing but dark space, stars, but no planet.

"There's nothing out there Cheetara. Just space," Bengali said.

"No, there's is something there. I know it. We're leaving tomorrow." Cheetara commanded.

"But, Cheetara, you can't go anywhere in your condition," Bengali protested.

"We're leaving tomorrow and I will not have any disagreements about it, understand?"

Bengali looked surprised at Cheetara's words.

"I'm sorry, Bengali, but I must go. I know Lion-O is there and no one is going to stop me."

"All right, Cheetara. You know what is best."

"Thank you. Prepare for departure tomorrow morning at 6:00 am at sunrise. We have a lot to do until then."

Cheetara said authoritatively and left. Cheetara never felt so alive. She knew where her husband was and they were going to be reunited. The Lady of Thundera went outside of Cat's Lair and saw WilyKat sitting on the front steps. He was gloomily looking up at the stars, thinking about his sister. She too looked up at the stars in the sky, knowing Lion-O is alive and is out there.

"Mind if I sit down?"

The young Thundercat looked up and saw Cheetara. He got up. "No, I don't mind." He took her hand and helped her sit down. "Shouldn't you be resting?"

"I'm fine. Beautiful night, isn't it?" Cheetara asked looking up at the sky again.

"I really wouldn't call it that. Kit is still out there somewhere and Lion-O is missing."

"Not anymore he's not. I know where he is. I just had a vision in my dream. I know what happened to him. Lion-O's out there and we're bringing him home. Your sister will return. I know she will. Have faith."

Cheetara gave WilyKat a half hug of assurance. Together they looked up at the sky. WilyKat thought about his sister. Cheetara thought about Lion-O, knowing it won't be long before they are together again.

Part 83

A beautiful sunny morning woke up New Thundera the next morning. The night before Cheetara explained to Panthro, WilyKat, and her doctor what she and Bengali were planning to do. Sarah wasn't all for it with the condition Cheetara is in, but agreed to go in case anything happened. Cheetara told them not to mentioned this to Tygra. Although they didn't know the new information Cheetara knew, they knew he couldn't be trusted.

They all got up early so they would take off before Tygra awakens. Panthro and WilyKat helped packed the last boxes into the Feliner and waited to watch them take off.

"Everything's pack. We can go now, Cheetara," Bengali said.

"Good. Let's go. Hopefully when return, Lion-O will be with us," Cheetara. She and her doctor began to get on the Feliner by the platform with her doctor.

There was a humming noise in the sky. Panthro ears picked it up and he could tell that the humming sounds he heard were enemy ships. Mutants. Panthro looked up in the sky.

A mutant ship resembling a more advanced RatStar led other mutant ships into a V shaped attack formation. Suddenly they launched missiles at Cat's Lair.

"It's an attack!" Panthro shouted.

"From the mutants!" WilyKat added.

"No," Cheetara shook her head in disbelief. "Not now. No."

"Bengali! You and Kat get Cheetara and Sarah out of here now!" Panthro ordered. "I'll hold off the mutants until you return!"

Tygra was awakened by machine fire and explosions around Cat's Lair.. Wondering what was going on, the tiger ran to the control room. He turned on the monitors and saw the mutant ships attacking.

"The mutants! So, Rataro decided to attack after all. He lied to me. He was to give me 48 hours." He gasped in horror when he saw Cheetara out there. "Cheetara! No, I won't let them hurt you!" He vowed to his beloved and ran out of the room. The tiger entered his room as fast as he could and went to his closet. On the floor was box, holding the only thing that could stop the mutants' attack. He grabbed it and ran out.

*****

In his room, Lion-O laid on his bed, sleeping. Before he succumb to the sandman, he spent most of the evening wondering who he is, where he come from, and why the woman name Cheetara was so important to him. It also tied in with the man name Tygra. Who were they? Why were they important to his memory loss?

Through his dreams, he began to remember who he is. He remembered his first battle when Snarf tosses him the Sword of Omens, giving him an unexpected shock. He looks at the sword as if he knows it, and hears a familiar voice from the past.

"It is your destiny that you hold in your hand."

Lion-O sees himself wielding and using the mighty Sword of Omens to help him and his friends.

"Sword of Omens, give me sight beyond sight."

"Sword of Omens come to my hand."

"Thunder. Thunder. Thunder. Thundercats HO!"

His mind became flooded with moments with Cheetara.

"Lion-O, put me down," Cheetara laughed.

He remembered their first date, their weddings, their last moments together at Cat's Lair when he gave her one last kiss by the Feliner. He then remembered Tygra and all the trouble he caused for him and Cheetara and remembers his attack on the Feliner.

When Lion-O came to, it was after midnight. He knew everything about his life. He knew Tygra was responsible for his memory loss. Who knows what he is doing on New Thundera because he knew Tygra was there. He had to get home. Who knows what evil he was doing or what he was doing to Cheetara.

*****

Tygra opened the hangar door with something behind his back. He saw Cheetara and her doctor coming towards the door.

"What are you doing out here?" Tygra asked.

"That's not important. We have to stop the mutants and Lion-O's not here and neither is his Sword of Omens," Cheetara answered.

Tygra looked at her doctor. "Take her to the secret quarters. I'll take care of Rataro."

"How are you going to do that?" Cheetara asked.

Tygra placed his hand on Cheetara's face before removing it. "Trust me."

Cheetara was going to say something but her doctor escorted her back in the lair. Cheetara saw that Tygra was hiding something but she didn't think about it. Her concern was stopping the mutants. Tygra ran to Bengali and WilyKat and gave them orders to get to the Feliner and Hovercat. Cheetara and Sarah entered a secret room hidden in Cat's Lair. The room was like the control room but it was smaller, only use to hold the Lord's family in case of an attack. Cheetara turned on the monitors to watch the battle. She wanted to get out there and fight, but she knew she couldn't do anything in her condition.

"What is Tygra up to?" Sarah asked.

"I don't know. I wonder what he had behind his back. There he is," she saw Tygra step out of the hangar.

Panthro was fighting the mutants in his Thundertank, Bengali was fighting in the Feliner and WilyKat was fighting in the Hovercat. They all shot missiles and lasers from their vehicles, damaging some of the mutants ship. Tygra rushed out. He stared up at the lead ship that Rataro was in.

"This is between you and I, Rataro! Not the others!" Tygra shouted.

Rataro and the Thundercats heard what Tygra said. The Thundercats didn't understand what Tygra was talking about. The rat leader picked up a microphone. "Give me what is mine!"

"What is mine? What is Rataro talking about?" Cheetara asked aloud. Her doctor only shrugged her shoulders, clueless.

The other Thundercats looked confuse not understanding the conversation. Tygra pulled out the Sword of Plundarr. It opened up. The sword erupted in bright flames. Handling as Mumm-Ra once did, Tygra twirled the sword and its flames shot at Rataro's ship. The Thundercats gasped at what Tygra was doing.

Cheetara stared at the monitors. "Tygra has the Sword of Plundarr? How? Why? Only people who....are evil can use the sword. By Thundera, does this means he's lost to us forever?"

Tygra continued to wield the sword, causing damages, fires to break out among Rataro's ship and the rest of the mutant ships. Panthro, Bengali, and WilyKat, though still not comprehending what was happening, helped out Tygra and fired on the mutant ships.

"How dare he?!" Rataro growled angrily. "How dare he use MY Sword of Plundarr against me!"

"We've taken too much damage, Lord Rataro," a mutant said coughing in the smoke. "We must retreat."

"Never! I'll never retreat! That wimpy striped Thundercat has my sword and I'm not leaving until I get it back!"

The flames from the Sword of Plundarr hit Rataro's ship again, more powerfully. "The fat rat leader fell over, rolled and hit the back wall."

"We must retreat, Rataro! Another blast and we're through!" a mutant pilot shouted.

Rataro hate to do it. He knew he must. "Yes, we must. Fall back and return to Plundarr. This will be the last time a Thundercat makes a fool of a mutant."

The mutant ships begin to retreat. Luckily, not much damaged was done to Cat's Lair. Panthro parked his Thundertank by Tygra while Bengali and WilyKat landed their vehicles near them. They all looked at Tygra stunned.

Panthro was about to speak when his communicator in his tanked beeped. "Panthro here."

"I want to see Tygra now," Cheetara ordered.

Part 84

Erica and Sylvia carried Diana's unconscious body to the queens private room. The room was like a private lounge with a desk, a couch, a book shelf fill with books on intergalactic studies. They put her arms behind her back around the table legs and put chains on her wrists. An hour later, Diana came to. When she awakened, she saw her sister.

Diana tried to pull her arms free but she only pulled the table. "What is the meaning of this?!"

"It had to be done, sister. I'm sorry."

"It had to be done?! What reason do you have to tie me up in my own castle?!"

"Lion-O."

Diana looked lost. "What does he have to do with this?"

Diana watched as her sister got up off the couch and begin pacing. She stopped to look at her sister in her eyes. "He's going to be your husband."

"Lion-O doesn't belong to me. He belongs to this Cheetara person he mentioned, whoever she is."

The queen noticed her sister turn away at that comment.

"You know something, don't you, Sylvia?" Diana asked.

"Maybe."

"You know who Lion-O is, don't you? Tell me. If you're trying to force me to marry him, then I should know who he is."

Sylvia ran a hand through her hair. "I suppose you're right. Lion-O is Lord of the Thundercats from the planet Thundera."

"Lord of the Thundercats? That's impossible. That blew up years ago. I remember father telling me about the Thunderians trying to escape, but the mutants blew up their ships."

"They didn't blow up all of them. The planet reformed and they are living on it again."

Diana swallowed hard before she asked the next question. "And this Cheetara? Who is she?"

"She's his....wife."

"Wife?" Diana gasped. She was angry and hurt.

"It doesn't end there sister. She's pregnant with his child."

She's pregnant, too! You expect me to marry a man, who not only doesn't know who he is but has an expecting wife! Have you and Erica lost it?"

The doors opened and Erica entered. Looking at the two, Erica knew what they have been talking about. She glared at Sylvia.

"I should have known you would tell her." She grabbed Sylvia by the arm. "Come on, we've got other matters to attend."

"Release me now, Erica or suffer the consequences." Diana threatened.

Erica scoffed. "As if you're in a position to give me orders." She pulled Sylvia out of the room and locked the door. Outside the room, she typed in some commands activating the soundproof system for the room.

"You had to tell her."'

"She's my sister."

"You have and always be a wimp you know that. A coward." Erica said.

"Erica. Sylvia." Lion-O called walking towards him.

The two women stopped and looked at Lion-O. Something was different about Lion-O. He didn't looked confused as he has been. He looked determined, aware, sure of himself. Something happened. Erica didn't like it one bit.

"Lion-O, what is it? I thought you were sleeping."

"I was, and my memory came back while. It's time for me to leave."

*****

Tygra entered Cheetara's secret quarters as ordered. By the sound of her voice, she was upset. When he entered, Cheetara was standing beside her doctor looking confused and angry at once.

"Leave us," Cheetara commanded her doctor. She oblige and left the room.

Cheetara stared at Tygra as if she didn't know him anymore. Yes, she didn't know him as well as she thought otherwise, she would have known Tygra's true feelings of hatred and jealousy of Lion-O. She knew he couldn't be trusted, but she didn't think he was that lost, that he still had some goodness somewhere in that evil heart of his, but now after what she just witnessed, she didn't know.

"What are you, Tygra?" she asked almost whispering.

"What am I, Cheetara? What do you mean?" Tygra asked back.

"How can you use the Sword of Plundarr? Only people who are evil are able to do that. Are you really that lost to us?"

Tygra stepped closer to Cheetara and rested his hands on each of her shoulders. To his surprise, she didn't push him off. "I love you, Cheetara, and I wouldn't let anyone harm you even if it means exposing myself."

Cheetara pulled back from Tygra. "Exposing yourself? What do you mean?" Suddenly a thought came to her mind. Everything was becoming clear: Rataro's attack. Lion-O's disappearance. "That's it. That's why. It's all making sense. The Sword of Plundarr. You left here after the trial and went to Plundarr. You made a deal with Rataro that if the mutants help you kill Lion-O, you would give Rataro the Sword of Plundarr. Apparently, you didn't keep your part up, and he just came here to get his part of the bargain."

Cheetara stepped back from the tiger again. "How could you?! How could you risk Lion-O's and Thundera's life to get me to be yours! How dare you! I will never be yours, you twisted, maniacal tiger!" She took the moment to slapped him.

Tygra took the slap in good spirits. He was smiling. "Admit it, Cheetara. You still care for me."

*****

Erica looked stunned. "Leave us? No, you can't."

"I must. I know who I am and there is a dangerous threat on my home planet and I must get back to my family and stop him."

"Cheetara's in trouble."

"Yes," Lion-O answered without realizing that they knew who he was. "My wife, yes. She's in trouble as well as my planet. I am Lord Lion-O of the Thundercats and the planet Thundera. I can't go into details now. I must leave this place."

"And just how are you going to get off this planet?" Erica asked folding her arms.

"I wanted to borrow one of your ships. As Lord of the Thundercats, I promise to return it."

Erica and Sylvia looked at each other and back at Lion-O. They couldn't believe he got his memory back and at the worst time.

"I believe you that you are Lord of the Thundercats and you would return our ships, but I'm afraid you cannot leave." Erica said pulling out her small caliber. "We have other plans for you."

*****

Cheetara looked at Tygra as if he was crazy. "Care for you? After all you've done to Lion-O and I? Have you completely lost it?"

"Oh, Cheetara," he stepped closer and push some of her hair that fell forward. "You still have that pure, forgiving heart."

Cheetara stepped back from Tygra. "What are you talking about?"

"There is no need for you to deny it. You're starting to appreciate and maybe trust me again. You have and always will have a kind, forgiving heart. I'll bet that if the mutants and Lunatacs changed their evil ways, you would forgive them. That's just the way you are and one of the reason why I love you so much."

Cheetara's face was mixed with anger and confusion. "You don't know me as you think and so what if I do have a forgiving heart. It doesn't mean that I'll forgive you for all you have done. Nothing will make me forgive for that."

"You will, my dear. Whether it's a month, a year, five or ten years, you'll eventually forgive me because of your noble heart." Tygra moved closer to her.

"Don't touch me," Cheetara warned.

"All right." He calmly replied stepping back. "Tell me why you were at the Feliner so early this morning. You're usually sleeping."

"What, you have a schedule of what I do?" Cheetara asked with an attitude. "It's none of your business."

"It is my business. You could've gotten killed. I couldn't live with myself if you had died. I want to know why you were out there. I was so scared."

"How do you think I feel knowing that Lion-O's missing? How do you think I feel not knowing if I'll ever see him again?" She paused before speaking again. "Maybe now you know how I feel. Scared and worried that I may not see him when I look for him," Cheetara blurted out, regretting those words to come out.

"Look for Lion-O? Is that why you were outside?" Tygra asked. No. He can't be alive. He can't be.

*****

Lion-O's calmness soon turn to anger when Erica pulled out her gun. "Are you trying to force me to stay here?"

"This is your home now, Lion-O. Get use to it. Your place is here."

"Let him go, Erica. He doesn't belong here. It's over," Sylvia told her.

Erica scowled at Sylvia. "You shut up." She looked at Lion-O. "You're never seeing your wife and unborn child."

"You know about them?" Lion-O asked.

"Yes."

"This was all a setup, wasn't it? You're working with Tygra aren't you?"

It was Erica and Sylvia's turn to be confused.

"Who?"

"Don't act surprise. It was all part of his evil plan. Tygra will pay for this for sure and so will you."

"I haven't a clue as to who you're talking about and I don't care. You're staying here and I don't care if I have to shoot you to do it." Erica said aimed her gun at Lion-O.

Lion-O charged at her in order to take the gun away. Surprisingly, Lion-O found Erica to be strong and a tough fighter. Lion-O overcame her and knocked the gun out of her hands. It slid across the floor. Lion-O went to get it, but Erica lowered her body to trip him with her leg. Sylvia went to get the gun. Lion-O knocked Erica off him. She jumped back up and attacked him again. Lion-O was trying not to hurt her, but she getting in his way of getting off the planet. He faced Sylvia who was holding the gun in front of him. The doctor was quivering in fear of him and of what she was doing.

"Put the gun down, Sylvia. I know you don't want to shoot me." Lion-O told her.

Erica jumped Lion-O again. She wrapped her legs around Lion-O's body and wrapped her arms around his neck, trying to choke him. "Shoot him now, Sylvia!"

Lion-O struggled with the amazon, but he was able to throw her off him. He was growling angry as he made his way to Sylvia. In fear, she shot him. The lion cried out and fell to touch his left leg, where the Thundrainium bullet hit him. Blood was beginning to ooze out.

"Thundrainium," Lion-O murmured. However, he still got up.

Sylvia shot him again. This time it she hit Lion-O in his right arm. Lion-O was still moving, bleeding, weakening. Scared, Sylvia got out of Lion-O's way as he made his way towards her. Lion-O didn't attack her. He made his way down the hall trying to escape them.

"Don't let him get away." Erica said running towards Sylvia. "You could have shot him again, you wimp. I have to do everything myself." She said and hurried to the control room of the palace. She turned on the air ducts releasing Thundrainium gas.

As Lion-O made his escape, he begin to smell Thundrainium being released from the air ducts. In his weakened state, he couldn't hold off the Thundercats weakness for long. He started to run, trying to make it out of the castle. Going down five flight of stairs, he reached the doors, but it was locked. Lion-O pounded on the doors trying to get out. If he wasn't affected by the Thundrainium, he would have been able to knock the double doors down.

Erica and Sylvia found Lion-O trying to escape. Lion-O saw them as his vision doubled.

"It's over, Lion-O. This is your home now." Erica stated sinisterly.

Those were the last words Lion-O heard before the Thundrainium overcame him and his body gave out on him.

*****

Cheetara looked at Tygra bravely refusing to answer. Her sixth sense alarmed her of trouble. She screamed and clasped her head. She saw Lion-O everything went black.

"Lion-O. He's in danger." Cheetara murmured, but Tygra heard her words. Unaware of that Tygra heard her she pushed passed him and left the room in a hurry.

"Lion-O's alive. How can that be? I was certain he would die in that capsule. How could he have gotten out?" Tygra questioned. "If he's alive, he won't be for long. He's not going to get in my way anymore. Cheetara's mine and no one else's."

Part 85

Cheetara marched out of Cat's Lair and saw everyone including her doctor. Panthro, Bengali, and WilyKat were checking on the vehicles and the minor structure damage done to the lair.

"Is everyone all right?" Cheetara asked.

"We're fine. What happened with Tygra? How did Tygra get the Sword of Plundarr?"

"That's not important,"Cheetara said. She looked at Bengali. "How's the Feliner? Any damages?" Cheetara asked.

"None. I just checked," Bengali answered.

"Good. Let's go," Cheetara said authoritatively.

"Let's go? After what happened? I don't think that's a good idea. This attack is a warning we shouldn't go," Bengali protested.

Tygra stood at the doors of Cat's Lair unnoticed. He pulled out his whip, wrapped it around him and became invisible. He walked out among them and listened in beside the Feliner.

"We're wasting time arguing and staying here, Bengali. My husband is in danger. I just had a vision of Lion-O. He's alive but he's in danger, and I'm going, and no one is going to get in my way of me getting Lion-O back. Is that understood? We are going now."

Cheetara seem to put fear in Bengali by the way she was sounding. She was determined, angry certain no one was going to stop her from seeing her husband.

"You better do what she say. Pregnant woman can get really moody," WilyKat commented.

Cheetara glared at the young Thundercat. WilyKat quivered a little as he stepped back behind Panthro.

Tygra took in the information. "Lion-O's alive? How can that be? How can Cheetara know unless ..... unless her sixth sense. It must be true, but how did that boy survive? And since he is alive, why didn't he try contacting Cat's Lair?"

"Is it the same place you dreamt Lion-O was in?" Bengali asked.

"Yes. He's in a palace and in terrible danger. We have to get to him now."

"If he's in trouble, then you three better go now," Panthro said to Cheetara, Bengali and Sarah.

"We'll handle things here," WilyKat added.

Invisible, Tygra walked passed Cheetara and entered the Feliner. Cheetara thought she sensed something. She turned around but saw nothing. She shook her head, thinking her mind was playing tricks. The cheetah looked back at Panthro and WilyKat.

"Good. You two stay here and keep an eye on Tygra. Don't tell him where we are."

"You know we won't, Cheetara," Panthro assured her. "And when you do bring Lion-O back, I'm sure he would want to settle a score between that traitorous tiger."

"Yes, Tygra will have much to pay for when Lion-O returns. Let's go," Cheetara commanded and bordered the Feliner.

Still invincible, Tygra entered the cockpit. While the others were talking outside, he disabled the communications, preventing anyone, namely Panthro or WilyKat to warn the others about his disappearance. Afterwards, he entered the back of the ship in the two empty seats where he knew no one would occupied being on three people were boarding the ship.

I must see for myself that Lion-O is alive. If he is, I'll personally see he doesn't come back.

Erica and Sylvia carried the unconscious Lord of the Thundercats to Diana's study. Diana gasped seeing Lion-O injured. He was bleeding from the Thundraium bullet he got in his arm and leg. Sylvia eased her sister's fears by removing the bullet and bandaging the wound. If the bullet remained in his body, he would've been dead. Erica and Sylvia bounded Lion-O in bonds that Diana was in, but these were far more stronger. The unbreakable bonds were on his wrist and ankles. With their evil done, the two retired for sleep that night.

On Thundera, WilyKat and Panthro searched the lair to find Tygra. They searched for the tiger after the Feliner took off to find Lion-O. Panthro begin scanning the planet, hoping that Tygra was still on Thundera and not on the Feliner as WilyKat inquired.

WilyKat ran into the room breathless, "I can't find him, Panthro. Tygra is not here. He may be on the Feliner."

"But how could that tiger gotten in there?" Panthro growled angrily. "We would have saw him."

"He does have his whip, you know." Kat inquired.

"I better tell the others." Panthro said and opened channels to the Feliner. "Panthro to Feliner. Come in."

All they received was static.

"Something's wrong. I can't get to the others."

"You don't think it's Tygra do you?"

Panthro slammed an angry fist on the control panel. "It had to be him. He did something with the communications. Blast him! He thinks of everything."

"What are we going to do?" The young Thundercat asked.

"We can't do anything, WilyKat. Cheetara, Bengali and her doctor are on their own. I wish there was some way to contact them."

Nearly a day has passed since the Feliner departed from 3rd Earth. It was now approaching Minerva. The only thing they saw was empty space. Bengali called Cheetara from the room specially built for her in the Feliner. This room was added to the Feliner when she was five months pregnant and insisted to go with Lion-O when he had to make diplomatic trips on Thundera where he would be gone from the lair for days or weeks at a time. She came out of her room and met Bengali in the cockpit.

"There's no planet here, Cheetara. I don't think you saw what you thought you saw."

"Lion-O's here. I know it. My senses tells me so. It's stronger now. Keep circling the area. Someone will let us in."

At this time, Erica sat in Diana's throne chair while Sylvia looked in disgust and disgrace of herself.

"You see how easy this is, Sylvia." Erica said jubilantly.

"It's terrible what we are doing. We should stop it now and released Lion-O and Diana." Sylvia commented guiltily.

Before Erica could respond, a servant ran into the throne room. "Princess Sylvia, Royal Advisor Erica, we have visitors."

"Visitors? Where" Sylvia asked.

"Strangers in a cat ship. They are circling the planet and are determine to stay unless we removed our cloaking device. They know something is here."

The two women leaders looked at each other and rushed to the control room. They saw the Feliner. Sylvia knew it was Lion-O's friends coming to rescue him.

"Leave us," Sylvia commanded the servant. She waited for the servant to leave before speaking again. "It's Cheetara, Lion-O's wife. She's come for him."

"No way," Erica disagreed. "If she's pregnant as you say she is, then there is no way in the world she'd be out there. Just ignore them. They'll leave soon."

However, Sylvia didn't listen to Erica this time. She typed in commands for the cloaking device to be removed.

"What are you doing?!" Erica shouted. She fought with Sylvia to stop her, but it was already too late. She looked back at the monitor. Erica saw the Feliner flying into Minerva's atmosphere at full speed.

"What does it look like? Come, we're going to greet Cheetara," Sylvia ordered.

"Are you telling me what to do?" Erica questioned furiously.

"Yes, and it's about time I use my power over you."

"Reality check, Sylvia. I am advisor to the queen and even though you are princess my powers still outweigh yours. We're going to greet them and then we're going to make them leave."

Sylvia didn't say anything as she left followed by Erica. They stepped out of the palace just as the Feliner landed. The Feliner's mouth opened. Bengali stepped out first, then Cheetara and her doctor. The three Thunderians walked to Sylvia and Erica. Cheetara stepped forward to greet the women. Bengali was on her left side and Sarah was on her right.

"This is Thundercat Noble Bengali. This is Dr. Sarah Lane, my obstetrician and I am Lady Cheetara of the planet Thundera and the Thundercats and I want my husband back," she said in a commanding and boldful voice.
