The FSP has always encouraged its members to participate in the running of the alliance, however to ensure the alliance runs smoothly three captains known collectively as the Triumvirate have been elected to preside over governing issues. Currently these three members are Lady Black, Vortex and Eden.
The Triumvirate reserves the rights to change the membership status of any starship, negotiate terms in the name of The FSP, modify this Constitution and Contract and break any ties in voting.
Being an organization devoted to spreading peace throughout the Galaxy and providing all peaceful captains with advice and assistance The Foundation For Spreading Peace expects all members to behave accordingly and actively promote the health and well-being of the galaxy.
Members are also
required to submit their URL to the FSP Webmaster and are advised to respect
the rights of lawful native alien races by maintaining only a moderate amount
of alien enemies at any one time.
