Foreword
Our working metaphor is this: the memory of Spiritual Enlightenment is genetically encoded in our DNA. To remember it is not only our birthright but the grand purpose of being alive and the ultimate destination of every soul’s journey. With its remembrance comes a life of profound relaxation, creative fulfillment, and great love. Who could ask for anything more? It’s only a matter of time before we’ll all remember.
Given this possibility, if it was in your power to awaken the remembrance of Spiritual Enlightenment a.s.a.p. (as soon as possible), wouldn’t you want to go for it? Well, we have good news for you. It is in your power. What you are about to read, reveals exactly what you can do to speed up the awakening process. If you take to heart what you are about to read, your life will take off in ways you probably can’t even imagine. Even if you aren’t in any hurry to get enlightened, it won’t take you long to read what we’ve written. We’ve intentionally kept the words to a minimum since most of us have been inundated with too many words and explanations already.
We wrote this little book because we feel called to share this Path of Remembrance with as many people as we can reach. It's actually a way of participating in relationships that allows us to heal ourselves and one another completely. Although the path is a simple one, having only four steps, it’s not always easy to practice the steps without the support of others also practicing them. Our dream is to someday live in community with people who are committed to the Path of Remembrance in everyday life. At the present time, we offer workshops and retreats which teach people how to use the steps to transform their lives and relationships. We’d be honored to meet you at one of them.
