Bedan Ecological
Society sets out the following objectives
as standard of the organization in its effort to elevate environmental awareness
and facilitate proper ecological diversity among members of the Benedictine
community and these includes:
- To elevate environmental awareness among
members of the Benedictine community encouraging them to be more responsive,
pro-active, and effective agents of ecological diversity.
- To develop continuous research of environmental
strategies that will promote conservation and sustainable resource management
plans.
- To continue the preservation and enhancement
of the natural resources and cultural heritage, through active participation
in activities for sustainable development for both the environment and man.
- To encourage the efficient use of energy
and natural resources.
- To provide assistance in protecting
wildlife and advocacy for a healthy green environment.
- To participate in local, and international
issues concerning the environment.
