I Feel Your Warmth
In the depths of despair,
You made me feel.
I was a lost soul wandering in this world.
I did not think it would ever be possible
Where hope had died for me.
I can see the sunshine more often,
A reason to live instead of dying.
My pain had buried all that I was and could be.
I begin to live again.
If you only knew what you had done.
My tears are only of joy,
And time is precious to me.
Where will life take me now?
What will I begin to see?
The roses seem sweeter,
And Laughter fills my soul.
A simple smile makes me warm all over.
If you see a tear, it is only of happiness.
I am filled with joy for the first time in my life.
You heard my cry,
And you knew what to say!
Your touch made me feel so warm and so full.
And If I only feel this way for awhile,
I have truly felt the way life should be.
