Swedish Style Cheese Cake


400 g Cottage cheese
0.5 dl Sweet almonds
3-4 Bitter almonds
3 Eggs
0.5 dl Sugar
0.5 dl Plain flour
3 dl Milk


Finely chop the almonds. Whisk the eggs and milk together until all the bits of egg are broken up. Stir in the flour, cottage cheese, almonds and milk. Pour the mixture into a greased, ovenproof dish (about 1 l). Cook in the middle of the oven at 175 o C for about 1 hour.
