Finely chop the almonds. Whisk the eggs and milk together until all the
bits of egg are broken up. Stir in the flour, cottage cheese, almonds and
milk. Pour the mixture into a greased, ovenproof dish (about 1 l). Cook
in the middle of the oven at 175 o C for about 1 hour.
