Smoky Pasta Salad

- great for hot weather and picnics

Ingredients

(4 servings)
2 dl Macaroni
1.5 dl Mayonnaise
1 dl Creme fraiche
1 teaspoon French mustard (or any other type if you don't like french)
1 Crunchy apple
1 Green pepper
100 g Smoked ham
Some Lettuce
1 - 2  Tomatoes
Some Cucumber
Some Parsley

Procedure

Chop the lettuce and place on a large plate. Cook the macaroni and leave to cool, stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick together too much. Add the ham, chopped into thin strips. Place over the bed of lettuce. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and creme fraiche. Add the chopped apple and pepper. Spread over the macaroni. Sprinkle with grated parsley and decorate with tomato and cucumber. Serve with bread and butter.
