Jonas' Grandma's Oaty Squares

- still a great favourite

Ingredients

(30 squares)
150 g Melted butter or margarine
1.5 dl Sugar
4.5 dl Oats
1 tablespoon Plain flour
1 tablespoon Syrup

Procedure

Mix the sugar, oats and flour and stir in the melted butter and syrup. Grease an oven tin (about 20 x 30) and press in the mixture. Cook for about 20 minutes at 200 o C until golden brown. Cut into squares while warm then leave in the tin to cool.
