Extremely Fattening Sweets

||Or a few drops vanilla essence
||Milk chocolate cake covering
Put the peanut butter, coconut, sugar and syrup into a large heavy-based
saucepan and stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove
from the heat. Stir in the Special K and vanilla sugar. This can be heavy
work as the mixture becomes extremely stodgy as it cools down. Press into
a tin, about 20 x 30 cm. Melt the chocolate and spread over the top. Leave
to cool. When the chocolate has set, cut into bite size squares. This bit
can also be pretty hard going, but it's worth it!
