Extremely Fattening Sweets

Ingredients

250 g Peanut butter Crunchy or smooth
1 dl Dessicated coconut
1 dl Granulated sugar
2 dl Pale syrup
1 l Kelloggs Special K
1 tsp Vanilla sugar Or a few drops vanilla essence
200 g Milk chocolate cake covering

Procedure

Put the peanut butter, coconut, sugar and syrup into a large heavy-based saucepan and stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat. Stir in the Special K and vanilla sugar. This can be heavy work as the mixture becomes extremely stodgy as it cools down. Press into a tin, about 20 x 30 cm. Melt the chocolate and spread over the top. Leave to cool. When the chocolate has set, cut into bite size squares. This bit can also be pretty hard going, but it's worth it!
