Chilli and Sausage Risotto


(Serves 4)
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 Onion
100 g Smoked ham
2 dl Rice
4 dl Water
1 Stock cube
Some Black pepper
3 tablespoons Chilli sauce
200 g Hot Dog sausages
Some Parsley


Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the chopped onion, rice and ham in the oil for a few minutes. Add the water, stock cube, pepper and chilli sauce. Stir well. Put the lid on the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Chop the sausages into small bits and stir in together with the parsley just before serving.


Use very hot chilli sauce if you can handle it!
