Chicken Fillets on a Creamy Bed of Leeks


(Serves 4)
140 g Streaky Smoky bacon
1 dl Dry white wine
2 dl Cream
Pinch Black pepper
4 Chicken fillets
1 dl Grated cheese


Cut up the bacon into small pieces and fry in a saucepan. Add the sliced leek and fry until soft. Stir in the wine, cream and black pepper. Bring to the boil then pour into an ovenproof dish. Roll the chicken fillets in some salt and pepper and place on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 225 o C for about 20 minutes.


Serve with rice and a fresh salad
