My Drumming Experience
I first started drumming in my grade school concert
band, I played snare drum(poorly) for 3 years before
moving on to high school. I started h.s. as the lone cymbal
player in the marching band, but decided I did not like
it, so next year(with the help of a graduation and an
illness)I became a snare drummer in the Lake Catholic High
School Marching Band. I held that position for 3
years, until my graduation. During that time I was also
involved in concert band, the pit for 2 musicals,
accompanying the symphonic choir, and playing set for
the school show choir. I also was in a band called V. D.
(the full name is a mystery)who played 3 shows, including
one at a bowling alley which has now burnt to the ground.
In college I have accompanyed a group for a song and
dance competition, and have recently been playing around with
a few punk rockers from the cleveland area.
