BIO:
Capitain Michael Noble Russell (Mikey) grew up on earth, but
because of him being 1/4 betazoid and 1/4 Vulcan and only 1/2 Human, he
was different. Since he had a strong desire to prove himself to his
parents, he joined starfleet. In one of his earlier
missions (aboard Deep Space Nine) he was ordered aboard the run-about, Rio
Grand, to embark on a rescue mission somewhere through the worm hole.
He was in security at the time, and when they beamed down to the surface,
they discovered it was a trap. Mikey was knocked unconscious and when he
woke up, he was on an operating table with Dominion around him. They
had been altering his DNA so that he would have to be addicted to
"white." Of course the only way to do that was to insert Gem Haddar DNA into his body.
They didn't get as far as that, because Capitain Sisko was able to
beam him out of there. The ships' doctor was able to get ride of all of the
Gem Haddar DNA
