The enemy attacks the mind, the emotions, even (especially) using friends and loved ones to knock you down. How do you stop the downward spiral so you don`t go right on out of sight? The answer is in Psalm 43.

"Glory to God, I remember the time we needed $169.60 and the Lord sent it in the mail..." Jesus Sends out the Seventy Two
After this the Lord chose another seventy-two men and sent them out two by two, to go ahead of him to every town and place where he himself was about to go. He said to them, "There is a large harvest, but few workers to gather it in. Pray to the owner of the harvest that he will send out workers to gather in his harvest. Go! I am sending you like lambs among wolves. Don`t take a purse or a beggar`s bag or shoes; don`t stop to greet anyone on the road.
Stay in the same house, eating and drinking whatever they offer you, for a worker should be given his pay. Don`t move around from one house to another. Whenever you go into a town and are made welcome, eat what is set before you, heal the sick in that town, and say to the people there `The Kingdom of God has come near you.' But whenever you go into a town and are not welcomed, go out in the streets and say, `Even the dust from your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. But remember that the Kingdom of God has come near you!' I assure you that on the Day of Judgment God will show more mercy to Sodom than to that town!

Together they assure us that the direction and guidance we have received are from God, and will lead us safely along the way, that is, His revealed will for us. When the three harbour lights of guidance line up, God is making His will evident. We can rely on this principle. God`s guidance is not usually a shadowy, haphazard thing. When the three witnesses come into one, clear testimony guidance can be increasingly clear.
For,
...The written Word of God is the supreme criterion in all guidance.
Jesus Himself said, "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the Law, until all is accomplished" .../Matthew 5:18 He later said, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. .../Luke 21:33).
The amazing thing about God`s Word is that it never goes out of style.
