Is it tough to be a vegetarian and be on WW? NO! This is one of the few weight management plans that makes it EASY!
Because we can eat whatever we want, there are no limitations on food choices. That means it is no more difficult to eat a veggie diet, than it is to eat one full of meat.
Personally, I like to eat the same things everyday. I live on WW smart ones Penne Pasta, and the WW cheddar potato, low fat granola bars, salads, pasta cups (a cup of soup type thing by healthy farms, with small shell shaped pasta inside. Only 4 points per cup). To drink I have a Viactiv for breakfast, and the rest of the day I have diet clearly canadian wild cherry water, or diet Dr. Pepper. For a special occasion, I have spaghetti w/ garlic toast, or a baked potato. I always come in under my max points. Normally I eat 18-21 a day... with an average loss of 1.6 pounds per week.
