Here are some tips and tricks I've picked up along the way that you might find to be useful too!




Drink a TON of water or 0 point beverage before a meal. It will help fill you up so you dont eat so much.



If you get a craving for something you really shouldnt have, brush your teeth with a minty toothpaste. Chances are you will lose the craving REALLY quickly after that!



Eat slowly. No, even slower! It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to get the hint that it has been fed. If you eat fast, you will eat more than you need before you even feel full. If you take your time, you will get the stuffed feeling on WAY less food. Try it! You'll be surprised!



Use smaller plates and bowls. Its sort of like a mind game you are playing on yourself. When your eyes see a stuffed overflowing plate in front of it, you will think you are getting more to eat.



WRITE IT DOWN! Did you have just one little bite of that cookie? Or maybe half a coke you split w/ a friend? Dont think it counts? Well it does! All of those little things add up to extra pounds when you dont take them into account! So... IF YOU BITE IT, WRITE IT!
