Clopin
Full Name: Clopin
Not much is told about him in the movie, making him a favorite of fanfic writers, but one can tell from his general attitude that he's a really neat character.
He's just an all around fun guy and very humorous. And he's great with kids, as well as musical - that counts for a lot in my book. He's got an air of mystery and adventure around him that is surpassed by no other (something that I would like to be able to say about my little masked mallard, but we know too much about his home life). One minute he's attempting to hang Quasi and Phoebus, the next he's leading a cheer for them. You can never really tell which side he's on, or whether he's on a side at all.
I know I'm going to be met with disapproval when I say this, but Clopin reminds me a lot of Quackerjack. I guess it's mostly the Mini Me puppet in comparison to Mr. Banana Brain; it certainly isn't his intelligence. Both are very colorful characters, until it comes to taking sides when they are quite gray (did anyone understand that statement?). Both live to entertain. Even so, Clopin just acts the fool, where as I truly believe that QJ is one. Anyway, this is turning into a really dorky essay.
What it boils down to is this: Clopin is a very intriguing character with many different sides and not nearly enough air time to explore them all. But his fandom makes up for this - he is possibly the most lusted after animated man, his only competition being Frollo.
