Basketball Trip To Florida 2001!!

This past year my basketball team at college took an 11 day trip to Florida over winter break. There were some high points and some low points to that trip....First of all i know i got sick of everyone else's crap somewhat at one point or another..lol. And a person to remain nameless had a little bit of a problem down there. We went to Lakeland, FL first, and that hotel was real nice, and there were some foreigner boys soccer teams there that were fun to play with..lol, especially the spanish team, they really liked Renae;-) We played some real good games down there, and went to Universal Studios, which, was a waste of time and money if you ask me. It was freezing out, and the rides were stupid! The pic above is from there, I thought it would be funny to stick my head in woody woodpeckers mouth..lol. i liked this pic, more then the whole day we spent at the park..lol oh well. Then the next hotel was in West Palm Beach. The weather was alot warmer there. That hotel was kinda ghetto..we think there was a hooker in the room next door..lol, but there was a pool, and the beach was nearby too. Me and Karri went swimming one night and met these 2 drunks Canadians, that was kinda funny. And another day, me, Karri, Dave, Renae, and Mo and Joe went to the beach and that was probably the most fun i had when we were down there. Me and Renae made a sand castle, went swimming and then played this paddle ball game, it was fun, although i was a little worried about running around in my bathing suit in front of my coach..LOL It was alot of fun. We also won a game down there on a last second shot that i made:-) hehe, that was fun too. Oh the guys team was in the ghetto hotel next door to us for the last few days of our trip and they made things interesting as well..lol, everyone was drinking this one night and they were riding around in a golf cart and ran over one of their teammates..lol Also one of the guys peed in someones sink and got them all upset..lol, that was funny too. Well that was our trip to FL in a nutshell, some fun times, some bad times, overall it was cool..since it was pretty much free and all..hahaha:-)

I think this is after i had just finised talking on the phone or something..it might have been this night that i went down to Crystal's room and got pretty drunk..lol, that was fun too, hiding behind the bed cause i thought Dave was at the door..lol, what is it with me and hiding when i am drunk?;-).

New Years Eve in Fl!

For New Years eve we went out to this place called the Rock Country Beach Club, unfortunately we didn't get there till 12, as they were counting down we walked in..lol, and it was kinda expensive, but fun. They played like 3 limp bizquit songs in a row though...yuck. I got my groove on a little and hung out some. The pic is of me, Karri and Renae, my roomies for the trip. They were great and we had a fun time:-)
