-Do not modify other people's subdirectories. There will be IP tracing when I purchase our real server.

-This is just for practice, don't let it stress you out and don't get too frustrated.

-If you have any questions, call me, email me, IM me, doesn't matter; just get a hold of me.

-Everyone will be expected to put in atleast 8 hours a week, if not I won't hate you but I'd really like atleast 8 hours at the office (my room.)

-Everyone WILL have their OWN directory you can do whatever you want with, just be patient it takes a while to get this stuff running.

-If you want things to be submitted, have layout ideas designs, or want to change something email either me - Ko5@tampabay.rr.com or William Grim@tampabay.rr.com (unless he changed it).

-If you have blank CDs, 3Ds Max, Photoshop 7.0(and 8.0), Flash MX, Dream Weaver, Fireworks, or any books please 1. Burn copies of the installation files and leave them at the office; 2. Leave the books at the office for others to use.

-Friday and Saturday will be our big days, Id really like for everyone to be together atleast once a week to share ideas and work together.

-You can work from your house, just show that you are working; right now dedication, loyalty, and passion are way more important than your skills.

-We will start big projects like multiple webtemplates and for that everyone will be assigned something (like one person buttons, one person banner, one person background, one person layout..etc)

I really hope everyone sticks with me in this; Even if we dont end up making lots of money if any, we will all still learn alot, about the programs, and about business. We will all have alotta fun if we stick together, work together, and just all together bring things together. I really hope we make it far, and I really hope to keep the original crew intact all the way there.
