1. First, you're going to need a doll! You can use my other tutorials to learn how to make one. After you make your doll, put it up in MS Paint. Copy the image and open up Paint Shop Pro. Paste your doll as a new image.
2. Next, you want to open the Web Toolbar. Go to View- Toolbars- Web. Up at the top of your program you should see a little blue arrow that say GIF. Click on it.
3. Next, you should come up with a big box. Go to Partial Transparency, and make sure your opacity and blend color is the same as mine.
4. After that go to Transparency, and make it look like mine again.
5. Click ok, and save your doll. You have just made a transparent doll!
