Step 1: First off, you have to make an icon! You can find one at most any site. The one I used for this tutorial was from Dollie Crave. On the website there should be instructions on how to make one. Just follow them until you have a completed icon.
Step 2: Press the button that says Print Screen SysRq. This will copy your whole page thats up. Open up an editor, for example, I just used MS Paint. Go to Edit- and then Paint. Cut out your icon using the rectange thing at the top right. Copy the image you just cut.
Step 3: Open up a new page and paste the icon. Get rid off the extra white part by moving it up to the icon.
Step 4:Go to File- Save as, and save your icon! You have just made your icon!
