ANOTHER REASON JIMMY MARTIN SHOULD BE FIRED BY PERKINS

We are printing (below) a copy of a Citizen's Complaint filed with Police Chief Jimmy Martin against actions of two of his police officers - one being Martin's favorite in many ways, Carlos Jones, and the other, Kendall Thomas, whom we do not know. We are printing the Complaint just as it was given to us.
After reading the complaint, we have some observations. This must be a very serious matter if a young man is willing to risk his life to write it against police officers and give it to Martin. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ABOUT IT CHIEF? HAVE YOU ANSWERED THIS COMPLAINT? HAVE YOU DONE ANYTHING TO THE OFFICERS INVOLVED?
After reading how members of the Selma Police Department spoke to this young man, we are not surprised that all law enforcement officials are treated with some mistrust in the black community.
And speaking of the black community, how much longer are Perkins, Crenshaw, Leashore, Venter, and Randolph going to remain silent while young men are treated like this by black SPD officers under the direction of Chief Martin? Can't they see that the SPD is in utter chaos with Martin's lack of leadership?
EVEN IF the young man who filed the complaint needed to be talked to by the officers, Carlos Jones and Thomas have no excuse for talking to anyone like they did.
CHIEF MARTIN, WE are waiting for an answer to this complaint! And MAYOR PERKINS, YOU alone are responsible for Jimmy Martin. You put him there and YOU alone must answer for his incompetence, ineptness, and disrepute which HE is bringing on YOU, THIS CITY, AND THE SPD!!!
