At least 3 more businesses along Highland Ave were burglarized Thursday night. What did Mayor Perkins and Chief Martin do?
NOTHING! Not exactly nothing, the Mayor and his incompetent department heads left town for a costly retreat this week near Columbiana. We wonder who is paying for this ridiculous meeting?
Is the Mayor revealing his plans to get the Bond Issue passed? With principal and interest, the Bond Issue will cost more than $20 million and prevent the City from being able to borrow for years to come.
Or perhaps the Mayor is laying out his re-election plans. Either way, rather than being off somewhere with his department heads, he should be in Selma doing something about all of the crime in the City!!!
