The reason Mark Duke lied on his radio program yesterday is unknown to us. Mr. Duke stated on his program that he and his organizaion DID NOT have a 501 non-profit status. We can assure you that he does. Below is a link to the Secretary of State for Alabama's website for ALL non-profit organizations within Alabama. The link we have provided will take you directly to the Freedom Foundation 501 webpage. Why lie about something so easily checked? The truth will come out, hopefully sooner than later.
