The 22' truck stolen from American Apparel was found in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. When the Florida police ran the plates, they found it belonged to this local business. American Apparel tried to secure the release of the truck but it had not been reported in The Selma Police Dept. computer as stolen. American Apparel had to ask The Selma Police Dept. to enter it in the system so they could get their property. This vehicle was stolen on August 19 and had not been verified as stolen by the SPD. Wonder why the citizens never get recovered property?
Two pizza delivery drivers robbed Friday night and Tuesday night - Tuesday night shots fired. Robberies were the reason Pizza Hut stopped delivering. People order pizza to be delivered because they are scared to go out at night. Now the delivery drivers are being robbed. If this continues, the pizza delivery in Selma will most likely stop. Where has the sanity and decency in our city gone? Do we need to wait by the road with a weapon to make sure the delivery person is safe? That's dangerous just for a pizza!! Crime started to increase when Perkins took office and has increased sharply since. He has divided to conquer our Police Department so he could have complete control and be able to know every word being said about him.
This website is overwhelmed by e-mail about crime. We verify many but others are afraid of revenge if they are too specific about the crime.
The way to reduce crime is not reduce the number of officers, intimidate them through politics and retribution, and expect them to perform their duties.
STATE INTERVENTION IS NEEDED BUT PERKINS AND HIS DEMOCRAT POLITICAL FRIENDS ARE TRYING TO KEEP THEM OUT TO SAVE EMBARRASSMENT FOR HIS FAILURES.
THE TIME IS COMING WHEN PEOPLE WILL WAKE UP AND KNOW THAT PERKINS AND HIS CRENSHAW FOUR ARE HURTING THIS WHOLE CITY. THEY GOTTA GO!!!!!!!!!
