COUNCIL PRESIDENT GEORGE EVANS NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING NOW ABOUT THE RUDENESS OF BENNIE RUTH CRENSHAW

We listen to the City Council meetings on the radio. We can hardly hear what Council Members say because BENNIE RUTH CRENSHAW TALKS during the entire Council Meeting. She is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL WHEN OTHERS ARE SPEAKING, AND OBVIOUSLY SUFFERS FROM SOME MENTAL CONDITION which causes her to mumble incessantly! Throughout the Council Meeting, she can be heard mumbling and talking, to noone in particular, about what other Council Members are saying. This rudeness is not only disruptive to the Council, but makes it very difficult for those of us listening on the radio to hear what Council Members are saying.
WE ARE NOT talking about the many, many times Ms. Crenshaw speaks on every issue before the Council, but about her incessant murmuring while other members are speaking. We are not even sure she is aware of how rude she is or whether her CONSTANT talking is a nervous habit or the result of some mental condition.
However, it is time that Council President George Evans stop Ms. Crenshaw from being so disruptive, disrespectful, and disgusting. Evans need to either shut Ms. Crenshaw up when other members are talking or have her removed from the Council Chamber until she learns to respect others.
We are certain that Mr. Evans will run for Mayor. The Major difference between him and the current Mayor is that Mr. Evans does not appear to be an egomaniac who must have his way on every issue like Mayor Perkins. However, IF Mr. Evans wants to run the ENTIRE City, he needs to demonstrate that he can at least keep one DELUSIONAL WOMAN, Ms. Crenshaw, UNDER CONTROL. To date, he has not shown a willingness to say to her that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, to be QUIET when she does not have the floor, and to QUIT BEING SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DISRUPTIVE.
Mr. Evans needs to do this so the Council can function properly. ALSO, if he wants to be Mayor, he must realize that Crenshaw is nothing more than a calculating puppet of Mayor Perkins who wants to disrupt Council Meetings to make Mr. Evans look bad.
Regardless, we just want to hear, on the radio, what is being said by all Council Members. We do not want to hear what this mean spirited, mumbling woman has to say while others are talking. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS EVIL MR. EVANS!!!
