Paypal申请步骤：

    上Paypal主页www.paypal.com，再点击Sign up for your FREE PayPal Account!。或者点此直接到注册页面。 注意，这时会是美国会员的注册页面，你要按 switch to International Account Registration → 才到国际用户的申请表格：

    这些都填完后，点SUBMIT键，发送后会下一页会要求输入Master卡或Visa卡等指定信用卡的资料，如你没有，可在这里打住，不用继续了，可以直接关闭。过一会儿您的邮箱会收到确认信，要将提供其中链接打开，再输入密码即可确认成功。

　

Paypal的使用：

    Paypal帐户有激活和未激活两种。

    激活帐户是指持有Master卡或Visa卡等指定信用卡，并在Paypal帐户中登记的帐户(这种登记可以在申请帐号时，也可以在申请之后的任何时候，进入你的帐户的左下角Add credit card填写信息即可激活账号。就象刚才说的，申请帐号时遇到询问是否持有Master卡或Visa卡等指定信用卡，你打住不填了，可以以后再填)。

    未激活帐户就是指没登记信用卡号的帐户。我的就是没激活的。

    激活与不激活的帐户的唯一区别就是可以送钱给别人。换句话说，你没激活帐户，你就只能把钱存在帐户里，不能转给别人。但这样一来，怎么把钱取出来？

取钱方法：

    1、即使是激活的帐户也无法用国际卡取钱，要取钱必须有美国银行的帐户。现在想取钱可以托美国的朋友帮忙，或者在网上购物。也可以把钱留着，等入世后，我想美国的银行会进入中国，那时再申请一个帐户就可以取钱了。
    2、通过国际帐务处理公司转付。如writechecks，它是一家处理国际帐务的公司，最大的好处是可以将你PAYPAL中的钱用国际通用的支票寄给你（当然要收手续费）。这个公司通过美国的主要几个信誉认证，是绝对可靠的。Paypal主页上有关于此类公司的介绍。

    记住：没有激活的帐户照样可以收钱。
