Two
blind brothers, Jesse and Jacob Nutt, established a small mercantile
business on our Granbury, Texas site in 1866, erecting the beautiful hand
hewn limestone building in 1893. The Nutt Historic Hotel has been in use as a lodging facility
continuously since 1919.

Square with a great view of the historic courthouse and all of the
activities on the Square. There are only 7 romantic rooms, so it is very
important to make your reservation as far in advance as possible. The Nutt
House Historic Hotel can accommodate small Group Retreats. All the usual
credit cards honored. This hotel has all the advantages of location
historic atmosphere and a Four Star Restaurant. This is an authentic 19th
century hotel with upscale modern lodging upgrades. Free parking for the
