Preparing for Airforce
In order to get things started for my journey
through the Airforce (if I go) I need to start
with school. I need 3 more units to earn my
second stripe. Then I need to lose roughly 50
more pounds. This is going to be pretty tough
for me but I think I can do it. In order to reach
that goal, I'm jogging 2 times a day for 30 minutes,
doing 2 sets of 75 sit ups, 2 sets of 20 leg lifts,
and hitting the gym 3 times a week to build
some muscles and toning. Hopefully that will do
the trick.
