Welcome to the two faced town of Meadow Vista. Innocent looking, Meadow Vista is only on the map due to underground organized crime groups and its exports.
Information on the Underground Organizations
Home of the Sangre Marrón cartel, a small drug cartel that trafficks cocaine, Vista holds both a dark and light side. A sin city of sorts, it has the look and attitude of Long Beach, the shallow feel of Miami, and the high-risk living of Las Vegas.
Other main industries are their car dealerships, breweries, jewelers, and underground fighting ring(cock, dog, hand-to-hand boxing/kick boxing). It also has a mall and numerous other shops to offer to the public.
From an outsiders perspective, the town seems small and has a middle- to high-class suburb as its eastern border and the ocean as its western border. For the racists, it's mainly populated by minorities and therefore may appear "dirty" and "run-down" especially since hispanics seem to run the town.
The surrounding areas need Meadow Vista to survive. Those in the suburds need the drugs to avoid the pain that comes with withdrawls, the dealerships and jewelers to spoil themselves with fancy imported and domestic cars and jewelry, the breweries to drink themselves to death, and the entertainment of the fighting rings. It is a main artery, supplying life to the city.
