Jillian isn't a pretty girl. She could be if she dressed a bit more....um....casual to hide her chubbiness. Lost a little weight and took care of herself with just a little less makeup. She's strange at first but fits into any facate of walks of life in the World of Darkness. She's young and neive. Disappointed easily, but never gives up trying. She's skiddish at times and mischevious at others.
