restaurants, nearby bus stop and Marina Ferry Service to Downtown
Auckland (35 mins no traffic jam and enjoy the view on the way),
Off-street parking, stroll to beach and Half Moon Bay marina ,East
Auckland. 25mins drive to Downtown, 10mins drive to Pakuranga Plaza and
Botany Town Centre. 10mins drive to Sylvia Park. 5mins drive to Free
indoor heated swimming pool and Gym at Lloyd Elsmore Park Leisure
Centre.
We provide heater, Tea/Coffee making facilities, electric blankets,
pillows, quilts, bath & hand towels, hot water 24 hours in your room,
color TV (Freeview Digital TV channels with crystal clear quality picture)
and DVD player. Rent: $160pw + exp.$50 per pw for phone, power, water,
broadband and free use of laptop except your own food.
It includes everything except your own meal.
There is also free use of the Webcam with instant messaging in your room
where you can talk and see your family and friends from all over the
