I refer to your letter dated 14 April 2005, which I received today. Can
we please agree to call this your letter of 19 April 2005, or is some
other date more appropriate?
Your letter says you have an effluent leak from this flat to the one
below. Will you please evacuate the flat below immediately?
Having evacuated 3 Pares Land Walk, you can then discover and repair
this leak. Otherwise you intend to poison your tenants with my
excrement, or should I use a window?
The WC in 1 Pares Land Walk takes over three minutes to refill after
flushing. How long does your effluent piping from this flat take to
discharge?
May I please refer you to my
letter of 23 September 2004, enclosed with my letters of 17 and 18 April 2005, which has the measurements
of my windows taken by your bully Mr John Schofield? His fellow
bullies, David Connolly and Stephen Hartley, repaired the other window
on 15 December 2004.
What is wrong with the window measurements made by your bullies John
Schofield, David Connolly and Stephen Hartley?
I asked you for the same strength glass you fitted in the windows of
the flat below, 3 Pares Land Walk. Are you going to let me have the
glass that has protected 3 Pares Land Walk, and are you going to repair
both broken windows?
Are you seeking a refusal to comply with incessant unreasonable demands
to measure windows, in order to create a bogus case for possession in
Oldham County Court?
What are the dates and times when you accuse me of over using my WC,
somehow managing to block Mr Schofield’s access to some window, and
which window was it?
