The Sto. Niņo de Arevalo Parish-Youth Ministry is a group of young people committed to the apostle for the youth in the parish of Sto. Niņo de Arevalo, Iloilo City. This ministry was conceived during the flourishing years of the parish. It was then re-established in 1995 when a group of young people of different religious of the parish were called to organize this ministry for the young.

The organizations that took part in the re-establishment of the Youth Ministry are the following:

• Sto. Niņo de Arevalo Parish Acolytes (SNAP-A)
• Youth for Christ (YFC)
• Neo-Cathechumenate (Neo-Youth)
• Children of Mary (COM)
• Legion of Mary-Junior Curia (LOM)
• Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR-Youth)
• Columbian Squires (CS)
• Catholic Youth Organization (CYO)
• Lectors and
• Other Barangay Youth Organizations

This Ministry is an inspiration in the words and works of Jesus Christ. It continues the ministry of Christ with a special concern for the needs of the young. If a young takes part in this group and undergoes "formation," he can then be considered as a "Youth Minister-(YMer)". A minister is a leader and therefore a YMer is called to a work of leadership, leading his fellow by "youth serving youth".
