Torque Tubes

Next you will need to build the torque tube brackets.  Again you will be pleasantly surprised, because Dedaluis has built one for you.  There are a total of eight, four left and four right.  With the example, there is nothing to it.  The one thing I had to do to every one of them was to file the round edge off so they would freely move in the slat mechanism rod.  Here is what they look like.

The process of building and installing the torque tube assembly is relatively simple with ample instructions.
