The Blairsville High School Student Council(BHSSC) is a representative body of the students in attendance at Blairsvill High. The sole purpose of the council is to make the opinions of students known to the administrative staff. Members are elected by their peers, they are elected to make decisions in a similar way to how and why we elect congress. The President is the person that takes charge and calls meetings to order. Vice President is second in command if the President is not present at a meeting. Secretary is to keep a detailed account of the meetings and everything that has been discussed. The officers are as follows:
