RATES:
WINTER WEEKEND
RATES - $500.00 / night - 2 nights minimum, Excluding holidays
WINTER MID WEEK(Mon-Thurs) RATES - $350.00 / night - 2 nights minimum
TAX and CLEANING
FEE: 10% Room Tax
and $200 cleaning fee. SECURITY
DEPOSIT - $500 (refundable) is required, as is our signed rental agreement. We ask 50% down at the time of reservation
with the balance due 30 days prior to the first night of your stay. We
are in a Home Owners Association so we ask that you abide by the Rules and
Regulations that we have posted for your convenience. If they are violated and result in any fines,
that expense will be passed on to you. NO SMOKING – PLEASE! Smoking on the premises can result in forfeit of your deposit..
Any damage caused by smoking will be your
responsibility. PETS are wonderful, but we do not
have the facilities to accommodate them. For
