Purpose

The purpose and objectives of this organization shall be:

To make the transition from high school to college much easier, to be mentors to the incoming freshmen, and to be spirit leaders of the campus.

 

Membership

Membership in this organization is open to Prairie View A&M University students who meet the following qualifications:

* Have at least a 2.50 overall grade point average

* Be in good standing with the university

* Persons who have successfully completed the current year Students Leadership Institute and/or the appropriate program bestowing such designation of the Panther Advisor Leaders.

 

PAL Amendments

1. Honor and respect the university at all times.

2. Provide an educational, fun and stress-free outlet to the freshman students.

3. Be good role models at all times.

4. Attend all mandatory meetings and building visits.

5. Exemplify school spirit like a true PANTHER!!!
