Permission is granted to Kimberley Jeans Photography to use any of your photographs for display or advertising purposes, or on the internet.
Due to the nature of both formal and reportage photography, I cannot be held responsible for the actions of guest and family photographers and videographers, who could interfere with this coverage. It is the couple's responsibility to inform any friends or family they have specifically asked to take photographs during the day, that they must not interfere with the official photographer who may lose special moments capturing your day.
Whilst every care is taken to fulfil your requirements, I cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond my control.
