Community council

The council consists of member of the citizens elected at free elections by secret voting. It represents the citizens and makes decisions for them. The citizens cannot recall them and their mandate is for four years. The number of the members can neither be smaller than 13 nor bigger than 25.

At the meetings the community council makes decisions of great importance for the community and also writes the Community Statute.
