Professional
Witnesses was set up in 1995 and became a limited company
in 1997. It has, as its core activity, covert observations,
surveillance and infiltration for Local Authorities, Housing
Associations and large commercial concerns and now, Asset
Protection.
The
Company has its offices on the outskirts of Manchester and
is capable of carrying out covert observations throughout
mainland Britain. We have collected many references and plaudits
from councils, housing associations, national companies and
the police.
PERSONAL
PROFILE
TREVOR BARTON
Trevor
is an Ex - Chief Superintendent of the Greater Manchester
Police. He retired in July 1995 after 32 years police service
and set up the Company shortly afterwards. He is the holder
of the Police long service and good conduct medal. His certificate
of service is endorsed 'Exemplary'. He had considerable experience
in the C.I.D., Z - cars, communications, football intelligence,
Obscene publications, Air Support, licensing, public order
and covert operations.
He
is member of the Ex Police in Industry and Commerce organisation.
He is a trainer for investigations and an NVQ D32/33 assessor.

NEIL
RICHARDS
Neil
joined the Army from school and later volunteered for Airborne
Forces. He passed 'selection' and continued his career in
Special Forces. He gained considerable experience in covert
technical surveillance both here and overseas. He only recently
retired as a senior member of a volunteer Special Forces Squadron.
Neil joined the company eight years ago and is now the Managing
Director. Neil is proficient in delivering effective, best
value options to assist in solving complex problems.
THE
STAFF
Most
of the staff are from a specialist military background. Many
have completed numerous tours in covert observation teams.
They are highly proficient in the use of sophisticated technical
equipment. They are beyond reproach and are experienced in
attending court, whether criminal or civil
