Q. If you get paid for recording imagery, can it be used in Court?

A. Yes - in some ways you can compare us to the nosy neighbour of yesteryear. We record what we see and hear and give it to our client. At the bottom of our fax page is the Latin phrase 'Res Ipso Loquitur' - it means, the thing speaks for itself. A picture really is better than a thousand words. We have been to Court - both civil and criminal - on numerous occasions. The defense are usually loathe to have our tapes played because of their damning nature. We are not prosecutors. We simply gather information, intelligence and evidence for others to use as they see fit.
