Let's get started.
We finally got a Building all lined up. You'd think in this town of boarded up buildings it would be easy, but it seesm every property has a dozen lawyers lurking about. We found a nice stand-alone store on 5th near the train station, but it now looks like March before we can open. But at least we can start. We will have a contrator by Thanksgiving and then I can start ordering supplies. Its looks like my holiday will be busy. Polly pollys_prints@ithority.com

The first big problem
Well it looks like we won't getting the building in December after all. We probably won't get it at all. Aleka ( aleka_sumaratarian@ithority.com ) my real estate agent, said that the people next to our building want to buy it for expansion. We had ordered a ton of stuff for arrival in mid December, now I'll have to keep in the garage unless we we get a lucky break. I really liked the part of town we had. Oh well.

Getting the Business Started
Now that Earl is gone, its time for me to start out on my own. I've always wanted to run my own Fabric store. I've got the money, and the idea, so here's the story of how I'm going to do it.

First, I went to a family friend who works at Edge Marketing. Dorrie was great, they do so much more than just marketing. They put a plan in place that's got me opening by March 1st - wow.

We get the store in early December, but there's so much to do to get ready. I've already asked Stan to be the accountant, and Philly to be my first employee. Now all I need to do is hire a contractor. Piece of cake.
