Alan's Carpets and Floors has established itself as a leader in Nebraska and Iowa for both Commercial, and Residential Installation of Carpet, wood, tile and vinyl for over  35 years. Because of our employees' skill level, we are able to offer unique designs and have the ability to meet difficult challenges.


The Lead-time required for Alan's to get into place for a large job is negligible, once the materials have arrived. Lead-time provided for jobs is often less than 24 hours.  We try to respond within the consumer's desired time frame. We work nights and weekends as requested. We have our own warehouse to offer a "ship to" address for our customers.


We provide Service to the local Military Base, Casinos, Commercial Management Firms, National and local Contractors, Nebraska Furniture Mart- and Others.

Alan is a Certified Flooring Professional and Certified Flooring Executive through the World Floorcovering Association= and a Certified Master Installer with the International Certified Flooring Installers.
Four of our installers are certified Commercial Leads. We have additional certified installers on our staff.
Alan does Carpet Inspections for several Major Carpet Mills.

We also have two carpet-cleaning trucks and one truck for cleaning furnace ducts. These businesses tie in well with the flooring installation services we offer. Ron Heuwinkel heads this division and is a member of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and is certified in Carpet Cleaning; Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning; Journeyman Textile Cleaner; Journeyman Water Restorer; Journeyman Fire and Smoke Restorer; Water Damage Restoration; Odor Control; Carpet Repair and Re-installation and Fire and Smoke Restoration.

In addition, we do decorative concrete: acid staining, stamped concrete, and engraved concrete business through our partner Nutech Crete.
