Saint Agatha's Church

Saint Agatha Church was the first Roman Catholic to be built in Milton. Saint

Agatha Church was created in 1935, before they built it the Roman Catholics

had to attend Saint Gregory's Church on Dorchester Avenue in Lower Mills of

Dorchester, Massachusetts. Saint Agatha Church was to be built on Adams

Street opposite Brook Road, and was designed as a cruciform church with an

imposing battlement tower on the front side.
