Designed as a comprehensive two-year curriculum that allows its graduates to fulfill requirements of various national education systems, the diploma model is based on the pattern of no single country but incorporates the best elements of several. IB diploma holders gain admission and advanced standing at selective universities throughout the world.
The IB program is a wonderful way to prepare yourself for the hard years to come in college. You will learn organizational skills, time management, and of course many things in your favorite school subjects that you would not have learned in standard level classes. The program is not for the lazy, but most good students will do well as long as they do not procrastinate on projects, and apply themselves to the extent of their abilities.
