The weblog we have set up has been a great key in helping us with this project. On the blog, all of you fabulous readers can leave comments just like Courtney C. did here:

"I don't know the technical aspects of the ODU email system I just know how frustrating it can be. After I graduated I thought that I couldn't access the system anymore so I stopped checking it. Then one day while looking into the graduate programs at ODU I thought what the heck. My service was never terminated. Although this was convenient for me I would think that it would waste school time and money to maintain email accounts for students who are no longer students. I had also missed some very important emails from the school because I simply didn't know the account was still active. I would think that clearer guidelines about establishing and terminating emails should be clearer. Also instructions on how to use the system itself can be at times confusing. I'm still not sure how to use half the functions on this system and I'm a graduate student. I think computing services should create a more definitive image for itself and apply that to making the email more visually appealing and easier to use. A lot of people don't know whose in charge of emails which makes students less likely to ask questions and figure out how to use the email. I had to talk to three different students on campus just to figure out what building I was supposed to go to set up my account. I never would have set it up if I didn't have to for another class, and I didn't use it for almost a year because no classes required it. I prefer hotmail because it is easier to use. I think students would be more likely to use student email if it were more user friendly. I hope this helps,"

The blog allows us to get problems from other students that we didn't even know about! Thanks to all who have commented and for those that haven't...what's wrong with you??
